Texas Reception Soundtrack

My wife threw an amazing backyard wedding reception for our niece Kayla this weekend which was completely to an old 1920s/1930s theme (you know, turquoise mason jars and all that; picture above). Every detail was spot on, including an amazing Austin band called Bold Daring True who were the perfect soundtrack to the evening (completely stunning harmonies).
After the band played, I put on the ‘background music’ soundtrack that my wife asked me to create. Now, I’m no expert in that period of music (furthest thing from it actually), so I melded some tunes in from the 1920s all way up to the ‘out of theme’ mid-60s. But, what I compromised in pure authenticity, I compensated for in fun tunes (to me at least) — a fun collection of early jazz, delta blues, early 60s ska, and some classic country/rockabilly. It’s been a fun soundtrack all weekend, so I figured I would post it. Enjoy.
